Terms & Conditions
In the months of July and August, we current book on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
Upon booking, a deposit of 50% of the applicable accommodation is required on either Visa or Mastercard to confirm or hold a reservation. Note that rates vary based on the accommodation type and the number of occupants. Please indicate total number in party at time of booking. The reservation office will approve any additional guests prior to your arrival. Approved guests will be charged an additional $75.00 per stay.
Confirmed reservations are guaranteed and guests are responsible for the full cost of reservation accommodations unless cancellation of reservation is received 28 days prior to the first day of the reservation. Deposits received will be refunded ONLY if the accommodations are subseuently rented. All refunds are subject to a 20% administration fee. Deposit applied to last day(s) of reservation.
Deposits and final payments may be made by either Mastercard or Visa. Final payment of your reservation must be made 7 days before your arrival.
The resort and its facilities are available for the enjoyment and pleasure of our registered guests. Upon arrival a $300 damage deposit will be taken and refunded once a complete overview of the cottage has been completed.
For your comfort, we insist that overnight visitors and day guests be registered in advance. Depending on the occupancy of the resort, day and overnight guests may not be permitted to stay on the resort. Additional guests may be charged an additional fee.
Paddleboats, canoes and rowboats are available. Boat Docking is available for a $50.00 per week fee. There is only limited space available, please advise upon booking. Boats are also available for rent on a daily and weekly basis.
Convenience and Gift Stores, Gasoline Stations, Golf Courses, Tennis Courts, Laundromats and many other amenities and services are available nearby.
All Units come equipped with the following:
- Fully equipped kitchen - stove, full fridge, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker
- Cutlery, dishes, glasses
- Double burner propane B.B.Q.
- Patio furniture and Picnic table
- Bed linens
- TV/DVD
- Satellite TV in all cottages

Harbour Hill is not responsible for any recreational opportunities made unavailable due to weather or any circumstances beyond our control.
Rates quoted are subject to change without notice and do not include P.S.T. AND G.S.T. Special packages and promotional rates are mutually exclusive. Customers should be aware that there is wildlife in the area and we are not responsible for any inconvenience as a result.
High Season rate applies to Holiday Weekends.
Pets are welcome for an additional charge of $50 per week with a limit of 1 per cottage. There are those who are fearful of animals, so pets must be leashed at all times and owners must respect the poop and scoop practice. Animals are not allowed on the docks unless they are traveling with you in a boat. Continuous barking will not be tolerated and if not stopped, you may be asked to remove the dog or vacate the cottage. Arrangements for pets must be made prior to reservation. Any damage resulting from pets, will result in a deduction in your security deposit.
